Great service! Got thru to a live agent to schedule appointment -- and they agreed to send someone within an hour! Mr. Smith called our home later ... in the day to apologize for the mess that was left behind. He could not have been more gracious in his handling of the situation, and said he would have gladly come back to our home to correct the matter had we called him.
