As always Roto-Rooter came to the rescue. I had water spraying from a frozen and broken faucet. The technician was at my house in less than 30 minutes from ... my phone call. He assessed the situation, explained what we needed to do and why. And he fixed the problem and was gone in less than an hour. He was professional and personable. My only disappointment is that I have been a regular customer for many years, using Roto-Rooter far more than most customers. I had received an email earlier in the afternoon with a $40.00 coupon for my next plumbing or drain service. I had no idea I would need it within hours. I told the technician but to my extreme disappointment he said I couldn't use it. The coupon had no restrictions except an expiration of 1-31-2017 and one coupon per visit. There was no problem, but I did not receive the loyal customer discount Roto-Rooter had offered. I was disappointed and felt betrayed by a company I have been so loyal to for many years.

Roto-Rooter came to our rescue late on a Sunday evening when a sewer back-up flooded our basement. Fast and courteous service was much appreciated!
