What began as what I thought was a simple clogged sewer pipe became a horrible nightmare: a broken grinding sewage pump and hundreds of gallons of raw sewage under our ... house. I had the pleasure of meeting both Victor, who replaced the grinding sewage pump, and Brandon, who managed the removal of the sewage under the house. The first thing I noticed was the care both Victor and Brandon expressed when providing me with an estimate. They called in a number of people to be sure the estimate was accurate and that they had the best plan for dealing with my situation. Victor and Brandon were kind enough to answer all my questions and assure me that they could handle the problem quickly. Work began first thing in the morning after I received the estimate and accepted the proposal. I received frequent updates, calls notifying me when workers would arrive, and efficient, friendly service. Brandon's team of water restoration specialists (Travis, Mike and Dave) were courteous and got the job done quickly. Victor installed the pump and took the time to go over the system and answer my many questions. He explained the process as he went. He then offered the camera process, which I wanted, to make sure there were no breaks in the pipe out to the street. We had a severe blockage in our drain system. Darrius McDowell expertly, and quickly, diagnosed the problem and provided an initial and temporary solution. Additional work was required, and ... Darrius and Patrick then removed and replaced the defective piping and couplings in a full day’s work. Both should be commended, as they acted expertly, professionally, efficiently, and for us stress less. They described both the problem and the solution in great detail with answers to all our questions. The landscape was returned to its original condition, and the area left clean as though nothing happened.
