Justin Green #3285 was the plumber who repaired the toilet and did a great job. He explained everything that was wrong and what he replaced. Could not have been nicer.

I contacted Roto-Rooter on Saturday, 8/20/16 regarding a plumbing disaster caused by another plumbing service sent out by my home warranty company. The other company replaced the PRV on ... my water heater and left the O-ring off. Water leaked/collected in the room that housed my water heater, and ran under the floor to the carpeted closet of the master bedroom that has a common wall with the same room. I contacted Roto-Rooter after 5pm and was immediately assured that someone could be at my home by 8pm. Plumbers, Andre and Eric arrived at my home 30 minutes before expected, assessed the problem and determined that the o-ring within the housing of the PRV was left off causing water to leak onto the floor around the water heater. These plumbers showed up at my home during a storm, went to Lowe's when they did not have the appropriate part for my water heater on their truck, and treated me with care and concern. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate the professionalism of Roto-Rooter from my first contact with dispatch, to the plumbers that arrived and repaired my problem. Roto-Rooter is my go to company from this point on. I would rather use Roto-Rooter than any plumber sent out by my home warranty company. This might cause an additional expense for me, but I would rather have the peace of mind knowing that the job was done correctly the first time.
