We have never had plumbing service like we experienced with Roto-Rooter. From the first phone call to report a problem to them cleaning up after the problem was fixed. It ... was a Great! They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and was also Very friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. We will never consider another plumbing company.

It all started with high water bills which turned into 4 leaks under the slab of my condo. Then the water heater decided it had had enough as well so ... out it went, all over the floor. Over the span of almost a week I had 3 different techs helping to assess the problems and from the very first visit I was treated respectfully and compassionately. The office staff was friendly and professional and I was kept updated as to when the techs would be arriving and their picture as confirmation. I can't say enough about Adam who was patient and understanding with all my concerns and questions as well as doing an awesome job. I give R-R a solid 5 star rating and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Service man (can't remember name - maybe Aaron?) came out the same day (Wed) I called and got things running. Dean came out Friday morning to snake camera down the ... line to inspect the pipe. He showed me where the roots had invaded the cleanout indicating a break. Have scheduled service trip to replace cleanout. Both were courteous and helpful.

Company called to verify the call, then called again to give me a window and then called again to tell us that techs were on their way. Overall a very seamless and painless affair. Not cheap butnot far beyond what others had quoted.

We've used Roto Rooter twice, recently....and had great experiences both times. I went to write a review on reviewbuzz.com for our latest technician, Tim Woodruff, but the review process ... did not follow the steps on the card, so I'll submit my feedback here. Tim was prompt, very kind, laid back, and went above and beyond to help us solve our issue. Although, he was there to service a malfunction for us, we really enjoyed having him there and were very impressed. Thank you for sending us Tim.

Had a plumbing problem and tech fixed it and gave a clear explanation of the problem.

First, I would like to note that my call was answered with professionalism,friendliness and positive upbeat attitude. I was told as soon as a plumber was available I would be ... notified and he would be sent as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes I received that call and Chris my plumber showed up to take care of my stopped up hand sink. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had the sink fixed quickly and even had a product to help us keep it that way. I have been in the customer service business for nearly 40 years and I can tell you that Roto Rooter is at the top of the list when it comes to great customer service and prompt reliable service. They were quick to respond and willing to jump through governmental red-tape for permission to repair a septic line that was damaged by SCDOT. They did the repaired as ... soon as they were able to get permitting. The project manager stayed in communication throughout the process.

service tech Tim came out today to work on my backed up sewer system , i was so worried that the job was gonna be tasking , but we stood ... outside at the clean out { which i recommend everyone has one ) and i explained the history of the house , to which i grew up in , explaining that the sewer drain had been replaced YEARS ago when my late father replaced it from cast iron to PVC , he was initally worried about roots but when i told him that he said " ah , no worries , it's not roots " so he proceeded to do what they do ,and come to find out it was a flushable wipe problem , so to make a long story short(er) lol . This guy was a TOTAL professional , knowledgeable , and made my mind at ease , if i ever have any more issues , i know who to call !

The repair man was very knowledgeable. But it took two days for the repair. A new hot water heater had to be put in.

Dean Burton came out this morning to unclog our sewer line. He was very personable and described to me exactly what he was doing. He was very thorough in his ... work and made sure that everything was fixed and working. I just wanted to let you know what a good experience I had with this gentleman.
