Sergey was professional, knowledgeable, kind and very considerate of my home. He indicated he preferred to use the bulkhead entrance to be respectful. It was a pretty horrendous ... blockage Sergey had to deal with, yet he was very neat and left the area he worked in clean as if nothing had happened. He also kindly took the time to explain the plumbing issue for my understanding. I was very happy with the service Sergey provided.

I just ordered some of your Pipe Shield this morning and a few hours later a tech was at my house with the product.
