The first plumber that came out didn't have the right tool to clear my bathroom sink drains but when he left he said that someone else would be here within ... 30 mins to take care of us. My husband and I were a little skeptical but about 30 mins later another plumber shows up. He knew exactly what to do and cleared my bathroom drains and bathtub in no time. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job!

The plumber did an amazing job assessing the primary issue with my plumbing. The photos figured out the source of the problem. I'll definitely recommend Roto without any hesitation.

Jose Jaramillo was outstanding in explaining the service to clear our sewer line and was patient in working around the issues of finding our sewer line access. He worked ... diligently to unclog the line which had flooded out guest bedroom and bathroom. The final bill matched his estimate at the beginning and I was pleased with the work.

Technician arrived on time and wore PPE throughout the appointment. He double-checked his work inside and outside to make sure that our kitchen drain and disposal were no longer ... clogged. When I asked what had caused the clog, he took the time to explain so I might avoid it happening again. He was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. The young man was very professional and efficient. He was polite and friendly while he worked and willing to answer any questions I had. He has excellent problem solving skills ... and is very persistent at getting the job done right. And the quality of his cleanup of the area after the job was completed was much better than I expected. I am very happy with his work, the results he got, and the chance to watch a true professional at work. Will definitely ask for him the next time I need this type of service again. In my mind he has earned a note of excellence in his file.
