We called Roto-Rooter late in the afternoon Thursday, 7/21/2016. We had another plumbing company out mid-afternoon because of a tolilet that was leaking at the bottom that this company ... had installed on 7/11/2016. We had called that company at 7:30 a.m. and they finally showed up at 3 p.m. After fixing it on warranty, we decided to have them Roto the shower drain. Not that we were having problems but it's an older home and hadn't been done in a while. I don't know what they did, but in the process of cleaning the drains they stopped everything up; sinks and showers. The plumber became frustrated and tired I'm told by is dispatcher, went home and they couldn't help me until morning, even though they advertise 24/7 service they had no one available. We were left no bathroom faciliies and with a tub and shower full of black sludge and splatered to the top of the glass on the shower. This is a large well know plumbing company in Las Vegas, been here since dust who did this. My wife and I assessed the situation and decided to call Roto-Rooter. They had a technician out in less than 30 minutes. His name was James. Polite and showed a lot of concern. He assesed the situation and told us how much it would be. He kept us informed every step of the way. First he got the sink drains in both bathrooms working again in short order. He then tackled the tub and shower and had them draining in about 20 minutes. He not only did all of that, he helped my wife and I clean up the mess the other company left. James was wonderful. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. James did a fantastic job and set an excellent example for Roto-Rooter. While I hope I don't have to call again, I'm sure there will be a need and Roto-Rooter will be our plumbing company of choice. Thank you, thank you so much.

Kris Luce our service technician was awesome! Our hot water heater was leaking and he came to our rescue close to being after hours, because we were leaving on vacation ... the next day and went above and beyond to make sure our water heater was installed. He was polite and efficient.

James was a wonderfully courteous, competent service technician, who explained all steps involved in his service. Unfortunately, my toilet required a second visit, which did not result in any additional ... charges, and where I believe he again offered his best effort to repair the problem. I give him the highest recommendation.

We had a back up on our commercial kitchen drain. We scheduled online for an appointment that day, and was surprised at what a quick response we received. ... We got a call from Roto Rooter, and an email to confirm that someone would come that afternoon. Subsequently, we received another call to follow up that the plumber would arrive soon. The plumber, James, was very professional and friendly. He explained everything, and got us up and running again. We also used a $20 coupon on the services which they provide on their website. Thank you James, and Roto Rooter... we are sure to use you again.
