El Paso's Trusted Plumbers: Roto-Rooter Is Here When You Need Us

On 3/16/18, I contacted a local plumbing company that I had previously seen traveling through my neighborhood. I needed a plumber to unplug the drain in my shower. ... These plumbers arrived and worked to solve the issue for approximately 2 hours before stopping because they were unable to resolve the problem. Worst yet, they presented me with a bill for the service call. An hour later, I decided to call Roto-Rooter and schedule an appointment expecting that I would not see a plumber until the following week since it was Friday. I spoke with Marisol and explained the problem that I was experiencing. I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me that I could expect a visit from Roto-Rooter in approximately 1 to 2 hours. An hour later, Victor and Cesar (Roto-Rooter Technicians) arrived as promised. I briefed them regarding my plumbing problem and the efforts that were undertaken by the previous plumbers. Immediately I was impressed with Victor/Cesar efforts to diagnose the problem. They asked questions that the other plumbers failed to ask. Needless to say, Victor/Cesar solved the problem in half the time. In summary, I would like to thanks the entire Roto-Rooter team for their prompt, courteous, and professional service. I would like to commend Roto-Rooter for providing excellent service. My toilet was not flushing completely and there was backup in my tub. Jonathan came out ... and was joined by Gus, who snaked a video line and discovered a cracked cast-iron pipe and a crumbling clay structure partially blocking the pipe. They got the flow going so I could have service overnight. The next day, Jonathan returned with Gavin. They broke through the driveway and replaced the 60-yr-old cast iron section with PVC. They then backfilled and expertly cemented the site with two cleanout access caps. I want to thank Jonathan, Gavin and Gus for their kind, courteous, caring and highly skilled work. They conducted themselves as true professionals and I appreciate all their hard work! I want to make sure that you are aware of how grateful and pleased I am with the work done by these gentlemen. Thank you for your amazing work and congratulations on a job well done!

On 7/16/2023 I posted a comment references Rotor Rooter which turned out to be a mistake about their service it was due to another company named Mr. Rooter has almost ... identical vehicles as Rotor Rooter. My apology to Rotor Rooter even though I never have had need for their service I fill they have very good management. I was contacted by their manager and agreed to help me resolve the issue my apology to all of the company of Rotor Rooter. May you all continue the good work.

Raul was very kind and ... informative as we are first time home owners. He helped resolve the issue in a timely manner, and gave some sound advise and recommendations. We experienced a gas leak at our home due to negligent work performed by our builders' contractor (Omega HVAC). Builder brought in one of their contracted plumbers and made ... the repair. Not feeling overly confident, we contacted your service to come out and perform an inspection. Your tech, Gilbert arrived on time and performed the inspection. He found the work performed by the previous plumber do have been done correctly. No leaks were identified. Gilbert was very courteous and knowledgeable about his plumbing skills and took his time in the inspection. He displayed real dedication to his craft and provided us with some insight on how to proceed if we ever have another gas leak emergency. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely call upon your business and request Gilbert to perform any work. Thank you.

Roto-Rooter checked my drain/sewer line from house top to street using a fiber-optic probe, letting me look at the images and see where the problems were. A sleeve was ... inserted into the sewer line allowing injection of a fiberglass and epoxy substance to create a new inner liner which had no joints allowing sewer line to remain free of tree roots. Roto-Rooter performed this service in and around 05/06/2021. It is now 02/26/2022 and so far the sewer line seems to be running fine. Roto-Rooter also created an easier access to the sewer, in case a blockage needs clearing. I have been very satisfied with the work done.

Expecting service between time of call and EOD, plumber was on site within an hour. He was able to unclog the drain quickly. Was very pleased with the service. Will ... definetly call again should we need service again

Frank is very professional and courteous. He had a long job ahead of him replacing an old water heater (shut off valve rusted open). He not only did an excellent ... job and was through but also tolerated my 15 string bass practicing/songwriting for several hours! A long job and he did a great job! Thank you, Frank.
