Roto-Rooter was called on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 to evaluate my house where sewage came up through the downstairs shower, flooded the family room beside it, as well as sewage ... backing up in my washing machine downstairs. The gentlemen that came out initially was thorough and explained things to me. On Saturday, Andy Ferretti came to the home to measure moisture in the walls, etc. He looked at impacted rooms and contacted my homeowner's insurance to report damage. He was professional, thorough and explained everything to me. Andy continued to be in contact with me throughout the day to make sure the cleanup crew came and that I was satisfied and did not have any other problems. We spoke again on Monday to arrange for when the fan/dehumidifier could be picked up. This is the first time I used your company and he is a true asset to your company. With my dealings with Andy, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends, family or AT&T fellow workers. Way to go Andy! Next a gentlemen came and snaked the line to see if there was a blockage. He too explained things to me. Instructed me if we had another backup to have someone come back with a camera and jetting would be used. Two additional reps came to the house to review the information which Andy had left at the house and to rip out the rug, paneling in the family room, do something in the closet, and to remove the vanity in the bathroom. Any clothes that were in the dressers were bagged and the contents of the bathroom vanity was also bagged and brought to the basement. These gentlemen were friendly and hard workers. The gentlemen from Brooklyn went out of his way by going back to the office to pick up the proper fan/dehumidifier to be placed in the family room. He then had the long journey home in the snow. My hat off to him. Thank you for an outstanding job well done by multi employees.
