Called Ed’s Roto-Rooter about sewage backing up through our shower drain. Said someone would be on the way immediately. Tech (Brian) called me and promptly showed up. ... He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went through his process to diagnose the problem. He cleared the blockage, made some recommendations, gave me the bill, I paid him, and he was on his way. Bottom line, I am very pleased with the customer service I received, the work done, and the fact that it surprisingly only took an hour.
