Rick

Rick is a Drain Technician with Roto-Rooter Dayton and has been part of the team for 24 years. The only thing he’s been dedicated to longer is his marriage of 31 years. Known for his drain cleaning skills, Rick often says, “I’m only as good as the plumbing I’m sent to do.” One of his favorite memories on the job was rescuing two kittens from a window well drain and seeing the joy on the children’s faces when they were reunited with their pets. Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time at home with his family and hanging out with his three-year-old grandson.

Years with Roto-Rooter: 24 years

Favorite Service: Mainline cleaning, because it takes care of most of the customers’ problems and helps get their plumbing back to normal quickly.

Favorite Local Spot: His home, where he enjoys relaxing with family.

Most Memorable Job: Rescuing two kittens from a window well drain and seeing the excitement on the kids’ faces when they got their pets back!
