Today (Saturday, January 7, 2017) Andrew #2251 came to our home in order to correct a problem that Michael, who came approximately two weeks ago, did NOTHING about. In ... fact, he created more problems than I can explain. I prefer to focus on the fantastic job that Andrew did, how he explained every single thing as he went through the process which took him about two hours. He also had to hear my prior experience with Michael since that upset both my husband and myself. Andrew listened to what we had to say, and his behavior was the exact opposite of Michael. He is leaving now (in the midst of this snowstorm) and his behavior was polite, understanding and extremely organized. He presents himself as a person with ethics, he is professional, courteous, and went beyond my expectations. I feel very lucky that he was the person who came into our home today. As a company, you can be proud of Andrew (his employee # is 2251 I think) and the work he is doing. He will go far, and since I once owned a labor intensive company in Chicago, he would be the type of person I would utilize to train others. If everyone had his demeanor, your success would be certain, and consumer confidence would be HIGH. I do not say any of this lightly. When I originally met him at my front door I hesitated since we experienced so many issues with the prior individual and he restored my anxieties so that we were in the basement together for the last two hours (approximately) and it was a good experience. I would recommend your company to anyone, and would tell them to see when Andrew is available. I must say that my experience with roto rooter was great.. my call was quick and responsive and service man was here within minutes from my phone call.......The ... service man that came was Wilson Molina and I must say that both my wife and I were were very impressed by his way of explaining the work and how he was to do it. Very neat clean up after the work was done...His personality was great ..In fact when and if we need future work done by roto rooter he would be theman we would ask for.......thank you Roto Rotooter truely Roger G.

I want to state that Andrew ledo did a tremendous job helping my mom....he was professional, wise, and very helpful....for such a young man he was very careful and diligent ... in his approach. Indeed, he should be commended and recognized as a very valued employee
