The tech that worked on my house, Mike (number 613 or may be 615) is a class act. We had a sewer line back up and we don't know ... anything about plumbing. In that situation, a plumber could take advantage of you and hike up fees and try to sell services you didn't need and you'd say "yes" just to get it fixed. We couldn't find the tap to my line so Mike was going to have to tap in manually. After he started, he actually found the tap and showed it to me. Because it didn't take the full time we originally agreed on, Mike voluntarily reduced the fee and also told me about a product I could use for preventing backups in the future. I was impressed with his honesty and the fact that he was looking out for my best interests, not just doing a job.
