Good day. My name is Riley. Today I had a very good experience with a young fellow that came and serviced, unclogged the lines. He was very professional in all ... assets of his work. Not only did he find the clog that was in my abs he did a very thorough job to identify. I’ve had a few rotos before but he seemed to do the best. People like him should be recognized. I’m kicking myself for forgetting his name amidst the water in my basement, he was wearing a bright earring. Keep him on the team as he will develop into a great plumber.

Conner came the first day and tried hard to fix our plumbing issue. He could have just sent someone the next day to deal with it, but he came back ... with Tyler and made sure that our plumbing problem would be solved. I think that it is a great testament to his character and professionalism. Both Conner and Tyler are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and did a wonderful job.

the guy that come here was great! didn't particularly like a second stranger in my home but... I think you need to change the person the person the answers the ... phone/ for 1 I phoned at 8 had to phone back at 11 and she had no idea I left a message as told to? max quote she gave me she shoulda said plus taxes ect. guy that was here was great but having to pay RIGHT NOW? what's up with that? that should be another thing she shoulda mentioned? or is it because I'm Indigenous? can I see this policy please? you've been here before years ago and the bill was mailed? look forward to hearing from you and just a reminder that this is nothing against the worker(s) that were here
