I recently required the services of a plumber using your place of business and had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Frances A. Not only was he courteous and professional, ... he took the time to fully explain what needed to be done. Once the work was done and completed he showed me pictures that he took of all the steps taken and repairs done .... this was fabulous !! Afterwards he asked if i had any questions and he answered them and made sure i understood everything ... this is an amazing professional gentleman that I was proud to meet and you are lucky to have in your organization . I called Roto-Rooter at late in the evening to make needed repair to a urinal water supply that had rotted out and forced the complete water shutoff to our building ... - including our 55 bed homeless shelter. Trevor was on site in less than half and hour and a half hour later had rigged up a temporary fix that allowed us to reinstate our water supply.

My overall experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent! I was grateful that Roto-Rooter was available during these difficult days. I was extremely surprised when I called for service that ... a service technician could be available in 5 minutes! When I responded that the time was too soon, a technician was arrived within the hour. Trevor, the service technician, was professional, courteous and discussed his approach with me in resolving my plumbing issue. I appreciated that he not only kept a social distance, but had gloves and a face mask. It has been over one week, and I have not detected the plumbing problem, and valued that he provided a discount service rate should it be required - so far it has not. Roto-Rooter was highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed.

Chris Z. did an incredible job. Not only did he fix the problem that I called about but he also fixed 2 other problems. He is an excellent ... worker. The following saying applies to him: The difficult work he does right away. The impossible work takes him a little more time.

The serviceman,Jared, surpassed his expertise. We had a input of water oozing from our backyard which the drain could not accept the flow. The water level in the garage ... was such that it was about to enter through our backdoor which would have created a flood. I called Roto-Rooter, explained our dilema and was promisd a service call from one of their empoyees. Jared returned our call within 5 minutes with a promise to be at our house 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, we were scooping out the accumulated water into a pail. When Jared arived, he immediately went to work and within a short time, found the problem, rectified it and stayed on to ensure that the blockage was no more. Even though he had other calls to make, he made us feel that it was important to him that we were satisied that the problem was solved and flooding woul not recur. This was about 9:30PM. Jared displayed concern and provided excellent service. Jared also suggested that we complete a Write a Review--Get a Refund survey. I hope that this e-mail allows us an entry as this was the only site that I was able to find. Thank you for a job well done.

I have used roto rooter twice in the past 2 months and each time they have been professional, helpful and explained what the plumbing issue is the options available ... for dealing with the issue and helping me make an informed choice. Each time they have come it has been very stressful yet they are patient, polite and calm. I cannot thank you enough.

Jarrett from Roto-Rooter in Saint Catharines is an excellent plumber. He showed up earlier than expected which was very beneficial since the basement was flooding faster than the water ... being pumped out. He was very efficient in explaining and fixing the sump pump.

We are very pleased with the work Roto-Rooter did for us. When our toilet backed up on a Saturday, they came out to snake the pipe and fix the ... problem that day, even though it was the weekend. It turns out our pipe underground had collapsed so the snake was a temporary fix. They were out the following Tuesday to dig up and fix the sewer pipe in the basement, all within the quoted time frame and quoted amount. They were courteous, neat and timely. We will definately call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs in the future.

We had a huge blockage and waited all day in that time they called to say truck broke down then called to say on their way. Then the ... technician called at 6 pm to say they are on their way again and never showed or called again. This was Sat morn when we first called them and 6 pm that night was the last call from them. Now everything is closed hol weekend and we had to call the City and they were here within the hour.
