I was able to get an appointment that worked for my schedule with ease. A half-hour prior to the arrival of the service tech I received a text message stating ... that they were on their way with a photo of the driver so I knew who to expect. I loved this information as a woman waiting for someone to appear at my home. I wish more companies did this ? the septic tank cleaning was thorough and he showed me the tank when his task was complete. I paid on the spot and received an e-mail prior to the driver leaving which was much reassurance to me. I will be calling Roto Rooter in the future when services are needed again.
