Kay W.I was very pleasantly surprised when I had to call for urgent services on a weekend, 07/03/21. My kitchen sink / dishwasher had clogged and water was backing up into ... the dishwasher and onto the floor. I had to manually bale water. I was unable to clear the clog on my own so called for service. Roto Rooter was very quick and responded right away! From the time I called to the time service was completed was about an hour! I was so impressed by the quick service! However, after the technician left (Roland), the sink pipe leaked. It was not tightened, which I was able to do after he left. Thanks for such quick service!
