We had a big clog pipe and Salvador was fantastic. Not only did he unclog the main drain but also put the disposal back in and installed it back to ... new and very quickly!!! Ryan K and Jesse N performed water restoration/plumbing services for our home, The fresh water supply line in the back yard developed a major leak and needed repairs. ... The pipeline was underground and even though we had dug a hole to access the leak, they had to widen the hole in order to complete the repair. They did this and repaired the pipe leak using new technology and resolved the issue. They did this in slightly more than hour. Above all they were courteous, technically competent and professional. I Called rotor rooter out for a slow utility room sink ( I have had the problem before and like to be proactive ) when the man came in my ... house he looked at the fitment and said he didn't like those connections so went upstairs to the kitchen sink and entered from there . The sink cleared and he went on his way . Fast forward to a week later and we flood out from the downstairs shower into my basement hall . I call rotor rooter they come out blast out the shower and pull out a blockage . (same blockage just moved down the line ??? ) They bring in blowers and humidifiers for the night test in the morning to see if it is still wet ( it is ) they take the blowers away and state if we want them any longer WE have to pay .!! We are extremely disgruntled with your company and feel our pipes were NOT cleared properly causing us damage . Surely you bear some responsibility for this !
