Well they did show up and fixed the problem.Richard was a very nice person and very polite. Thanks a lot.
Debra W.Did a good job. I thought I had a clogged tub- turned out the stopper on the tub had broken. Technician explained how to repair it. Parts needed. Very helpful. 4 ... * bc they had to reschedule due to unexpected problems with customers— they did call to apologize and ask if they could come Day later. I said ok.
i had some work done on the pipes on my water softener later that night my water sofener blew up, the top came off, and water went all over ... the floor. The plumber came out again and fixed it but took all the repairs with him because he cut them off to repair the pipes, but he didn't charge for the visit.. My question is do I pay for the pieces that the worker put on that was taken off and taken with the plumber? Or do I just pay for the home call. Where he actually came out to fix the problem?
