Water was backing up in my main line due to tree root invasion. I called on Sunday morning, was first told that a rep would not be able to ... come until Monday, but got a call back saying a rep could be there between 6 and 8 p.m. Sunday. The rep actually arrived earlier, and did not leave until the job was done, was done right, and thoroughly cleaned up. His name was Jack, and he was as professional and polite as could be. Did an outstanding job representing the company.
