I was very impressed with the service I received from the Roto-Rooter plumber who came to our house yesterday. I had water damage in the downstairs area of the ... basement in the laundry room, around the furnace, in the rec room, and in the office area. The plumber technician spent a lot of time working on our main line to the city sewer system. He also explained to me what steps were being taken to correct our problem. His associate did give me information regarding an estimate if I would be interested in having Roto-Rooter return to work on irradiating our root issues.

First visit would be rated no stars !!! Came home to find bathtub backed up and washing machine drain still blocked, also had to pay $405.00 after senior discount of ... $90. that representatives # was 8971. New repairman ,Mark #2840 , came out and did a 5 star repair ! When he left all drains were cleared and water flowing perfectly ! Couldn't be MORE pleased with Marks performance ! My confidence has been returned in ROTOROOTER thanks to Mark 2840s performance as a representative of your company.

Heto was a wonderful plumber and worked very fast. He explained all of the issues causing the leak in my condo and all of the steps he took to fix ... the problem. I would recommend him to anyone and would request him to do any work I need in the future.

As a CSR with RR it was enlightning to be on the recieving end of the great service we provide. Buri has both a very calming and ... reassuring nature. My faucet was leaking down into the unit below. I listen to these horror stories all day so you can imagine how frightend I was.Buri made me feel as though I was the only customer he had that day. He put my mind at ease that what I was facing was nothing major and went on to explain what needed to be done. He was proffesional hard working and had a commmon touch. He brings to the table everything RR stands for. He engaged the customer in conversation and made me feel very much at ease.
