I needed the wax ring under one of my toilets replaced. The work was completed efficiently and with no wasted time.

After nearly 20 years owning my home, the downstairs toilet clogged but would not clear when plunging which I was able to do year after year. Running any water ... or flushing the upstairs toilets caused an overflow and it became apparent the main sewer line from the house was blocked. Our neighbors recommended another plumbing service and try as they may, they didn't have the right equipment to do the job. On recommendation, I called roto-rooter specifically asking for Doug Walker. After a day without use of water/bathroom/showering, Doug agreed to come out that evening assuring us he could resolve the problem. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The job involved removal of the toilet and clearing the clog from there because no clean out access existed outside. Doug was pleasant and hard working the whole time (nearly 3 hours) at which point he cleared the blockage including videoing the entire line with a camera to assure us no major issues existed with the sewer line. Thank you Doug for getting us back in business! It was amazing to use the bathrooms and shower again.

On sun oct 13 we called for a drain cleanout as it was backed up.(we have a mulberry tree that every 2-3 yrs the roots clog our drains,Always on a ... sun or holliday it seems)We called for service that morning and were told that they would have to get back to us and they did .The tech would be there at 7:30pm.At 6:30 pm Doug arrived from the fairfield office and he was fantastic.Very professional,efficient,fast and courtious.But the biggest thing was his attitude Pleasant,joviel and just a really nice man.It's nice to see that there is still good service out there to be had.You are very fortunate to have an employee like Doug to represent your company.Thank You Michael R Manzano/vacaville
