Thank you so much for helping me on Friday July 27. I was working on a sprinkler system that I couldn’t get from leaking. I was over my head. ... Just then, across the street, going to an appointment I saw Roto Rooter! I hollered over to them if they had a minute after their appointed job. I was so happy they honored my wish. There we two Roto Rooter guys. One was explaining what I needed, and the other went and looked in the back of the vehicle and brought out the parts needed for me. I simply connected the part they gave, and it solved my problem. These guys didn’t charge me anything! They simply cared. What many would think was a minor problem, was huge to me, and it got fixed by two Good Samaritans from Roto Rooter who helped someone in need, without being scheduled or paid. It’s this kind of company I want to call next time. I actually feel bad that they gave me one too many parts! Thanks again!
