Field supervisor Alex was a true professional and extremely down to earth. The two workers under his supervision were the hardest working men. They could talk, joke around ... with each other but never stop working at their tasks. That is rare in so many people today, especially the younger generation. They were polite and respectful, yet personable. It was like having three sons on hand that were eager to solve my problem. Things did not go easy for them due to some odd pipe laying by past companies, yet they were undaunted in solving the situation cleanly and effectively. In closing, keep DeAndre, Logan and Alex happy and well paid. Merry Christmas to you all.

I had the best and most honest service ever done by the Lafayette location- Roto Rooter (Robert Frazier). I was dreading getting a call back from the ... service man but he totally changed my outlook. He gave me a peace of mind and made me feel at ease that he was going to fix the problem. In my mind, honesty is the best policy and I know for a fact, he gave me his most honest opinion and did not do anything more than what was needed to be done (especially when it comes to finances). He went above and beyond and by far, this was the best service I have ever had in dealing with home issues. If only every home service companies were this easy.......good job on your end!!!
