"Ryan" was extremely professional, serious, and concerned with the problems at hand. I live in a rural area and have been dependent on quite a number of service providers ... over the past 20 years. Pete Kritner! Great! I had some plumbing work done by Pete. He is a very polite professional that takes time to explain everything, try's his best, and is very ... knowledgeable. Most of all I trust him with his work. I highly recommend him! He is a great representative for Roto-Rooter. Someone might say he was just doing his job but, in these times, he goes the extra mile. Please take care of him as he took care of my home and family in a time of need!

Chris taylor was our plumber. He was amazing and deserves his 5star rating 100 times over. We are a group home for mentally handicapped adults, usually the guys are not ... okay with strangers coming in the house but they were 100% at ease with his presence. That says a lot. Knowing that he drove close to 2 hours to come help us speaks volumes of him as an employee.

Pete is my HERO! My tube hot water line was clogged and had low pressure. He worked to get it all part, there were MANY pieces to this ... faucet, and found where the blockage was. I can now take my bubbles bathes again! THANK YOU THANK YOU!
