Today is my anniversary and Thanksgiving is this upcoming week. We woke up to a sewer back-up. What a way to celebrate, right? Well, Richard, our service technician, was prompt, ... communicative, and efficient. We don’t really have basements where I’m from, and Richard was super kind and respectful with all of my questions trying to understand the process and how to maintain my sewer lines. I cannot recommend him enough. He easily could have made our anniversary more difficult and instead he really brought us so much relief. He even used ma’am and sir, which goes a long way where I’m from. Roto Rooter has a gem with Richard and I hope me taking the time to write this gives him the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much, Richard!

"Justin" was able to come out this evening at 7 pm, whereas others we called could not come until tomorrow. Justin came on time and immediately knew what needed ... to be done. He had a camera, phone, long snake and demonstrated competence as he located and cleared the clog. He was polite, serious, and focused on his work. He resolved our problem and reconnected our pipes in about an hour. We were so pleased with him, we shared a slice of pizza with him. I would recommend Justin to others.

Thank you for a quick response time. An hour at most when I called to make an appointment and before your technician arrived. Sean did a great job ... with cleaning out the main sewer line and had us up and flushing again. Will call for Sean again if any problems come up in th future. Thank you

My technicians Reggie and Arnez was a true set of angels sent to me today. I called RotoRooter this morning and they got these gentlemen out to me within an ... hour. These guys were so nice and professional and they got the job done of cleaning out my main line. Very cautious of my furniture in the kitchen and basement, cleaned up after themselves and everything. This was a very pleasant experience better than I could ever imagined.

My underground drains, connected to my downspouts, have been clogged or covered and I was struggling to find good help. Roto-Rooter is expensive, but Tim was so worth it! He ... was quick, effective, and so helpful! I highly recommend Tim to anyone! Thanks!

My experience with my service today was exceptional. Michael (0325) was thorough and honest. He took extra care to make sure he cleared the clog in a safe manner and ... not accidentally cause any extra damage. I had an additional project that I just hadn’t gotten to yet, he offered to take care of and when I declined he offered some tips and advice knowing I could it myself. I appreciate when someone from a large company doesn’t try to sell me every service they have. He also was kind courteous and conversational. I hope that this message gets communicated to him and he gets some recognition for being a great plumber.
