The two men who came worked really hard and were able to identify the problem with our outside drainage. They were awesome! We are under a flood watch now in ... N.C. and the temporary fix they were able to do probably saved our garage from flooding. Extremely happy with service and may need to use again after Florence and between when our old contractor comes back. Pipes were never connected from old contractor!

I want to commend two of your workers, Steve Balogac and John B. I had an overflow problem in a three story condo. The problem was with the ... pipes under the lower floor. They had to use a jackhammer and dig out the cement floor. They worked hard and finished in three days. They cleaned everything out quickly, replaced the pipes, made sure all the plumbing worked. They were cheerful throughout the tremendous job and they had to carry the cement up from the basement floor to get it outside. They cleaned up everything. I could not have chosen anyone better to do this job. A third worker Mowell worked until 10 o'clock the first night to pull up the flooring so Steve and John could get started the next day. Steve Balogac and his partner John B did a first rate job for me when I had an overflow in a three story condo. They worked so hard ... I called Roto-Rooter about a non-urgent issue. They sent someone out to my home to assess the situation for free, and this was done within an hour of my phone ... call. The technician said he could easily perform the task I needed done in a short amount of time. I agreed to it, the job was done, and I will be calling them back again for plumbing issues. Very pleased.

Service was within an hour of my phone call - and Trey handled the job very well. We initially thought he might need to remove a toilet to clear ... the drain - but he tried the auger first - and that worked - Yea !

Roto-Rooter responded when others did not. Additionally, they actually found the cause of the frequent problems we have been having with our septic system and completed the fix in ... a timely manner. Could have done a little better restoring the pavers at the side walk, but I know that was not your specialty.

At 6:30 on 8/21/18 my husband and I found ourselves with a bubbling problem in the toilet. When we tried to fix it with a plunger the sink started to ... bubble up. Since I still rely on the Yellow Pages, I was able to get a phone number for Roto-rooter and made the call. A lovely women helped us immediately and said someone would be in touch very soon. Just after 8:00 pm Julius arrived as promised. He inspected the toilets and immediately set up equipment out in the yard and quickly determined that our problem was indeed outside. I can't say enough wonderful things about Julius. He put our minds at ease and reassured us this was a problem that could be fixed. I only wish that more technicians had his wonderful and thoughtful demeanor. Thank you Rotorooter and Julius!
