The service provided by Roto-Rooter this past week (8/21) was outstanding. The technician (Schylar) from the Bloomington, IN area did an outstanding job. During his time here in ... my house he was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. He was complimentary of his job and his company and this is one person you should be proud to have on your team. As a supervisor over 150 people, I know first hand how valuable good employees are.

I have been battling a root problem for a couple ... of months and Derek with Roto Rooter took care of the problem for me. This is a huge relief for me! Nate arrived on time and after hearing the description of the problem, quickly provided the best case and worst case scenario’s/options. After running some tests, he decided that the ... problem could be quickly taken care of. He deployed the equipment and solved the problem, cleaned up thoroughly and provided the invoice. Hey, we want you to know how great Colton was. Last year we had a not-so-good experience with Roto-Rooter, and Colton really redeemed that. Turned out that the issue was ... the city’s problem and they fixed it, but my neighbor (who was having the same experience and called your ofc too), my husband and I all said we would call and request Colton again in a heartbeat. Keep that guy!

We called on a rainy Saturday and they immediately answered the phone, no voice-mail. Gentleman was upfront about wknd charge and the tech's schedule. To our surprise the tech called ... less than hour later saying he was on the way. Chris was capable, honest and thorough. Greatly appreciate his help! I would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Had a main sewer line clog due to roots in the line. Hydro jet cleared perfectly. Technician shared the video footage from the camera live and explained ... what was happening at each are in the process. Technician also explained how to further maintenance the line for the future. This all happened after a competitor plumbing company came out twice before and only opened the line but didn’t try to remove the roots. Will be going with Roto-Rooter exclusively for any future plumbing needs. Give James and Nate raises. Super job

We had a complicated drain repair job at a downtown business requiring excavation of old damaged concrete and reroute of drain lines. Project was completed in the allotted time ... and everything works great.
