Bought a very small, older home in the village and almost right away started having problems with slow drains and gurgling sounds. Rick Cashman provided us with excellent service when our residential water pipes froze and burst. He clearly communicated when he would be able to be at my home and ... worked efficiently when he was there. He also recommended a service to pump the water out of our basement.

Saturday Feb 18 we had water come out of our basement floor drain. Sebastian cleared the pipe outside our house. A week later Sunday Feb 26 we had water coming ... out of the same drain. Mike came when he said he would and fully explained what the problem was. He said when the pipe gets cleared out sediment can come off the pipe and reclog. He was able to break open the clog outside the house quickly and easily. He also cleared our bathtub. Thank you for your help. We are hoping this will now finally take care of the blockage from outside. :)

We had water come out of our basement floor drain Saturday Feb 18. Sebastian had cleared the pipes that were clogged from outside the house.

My sump pump backed up this morning. Called Roto Rooter. The man they sent over to check it out was named Sebastian. Sebastian did a fantastic job. He ... arrived within 30 minutes of my call and quickly was able to determine that the pipes were clogged which made it impossible for the pump to clear the water out. He gave me an estimate for the work. Not cheap of course but it is what it is. Sebastian was very competent, professional, and personable. He clearly articulated what the issue was and told be step by step what he would be doing to fix things. I even got a thumb drive with video he took of my line being cleared out!
