The plumber and his assistant arrived quickly and did a great job. I had a massive leak that fortunately was outside the house and not inside. They shut off the ... water quickly, identified the problem right away and fixed the broken pipe.

Roto-Rooter responded quickly to my flooded home, fixing the pipe and explaining things as they went. They made me feel very comfortable and confident of their work, and were ... extremely friendly. They worked fast to stop the problem and then the next crew came in, just as efficiently, to dry out the wet areas and walls/floors. They also worked with me to help file my insurance claim and ensure everything was complete. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you!

A few weeks ago the master bath toilet developed a problem with the water constantly running, but the tank not filling. We have always used St. Augustine Roto Rooter ... for our plumbing needs and have always been satisfied with the results. This time was no exception. Gary, the plumber who made the service call, quickly identified the problem and repaired it. He patiently explained what had happened and why and also checked the other 2 toilets for potential problems while he was here. He was very professional, efficient and pleasant, and I highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter!

He completed the new sump pump installation in an hour with great professionalism and concern for our emergency situation.
