1. Repairman who did the work was friendly and professional. I appreciated the second service person who tested for water damage. Both workers were most kind. I also appreciated how ... quickly help arrived and the timeliness if completing the work. Our issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. We are very pleased with the work and workman. Definitely will recommend you. 2. I did not like having to give my address and phone just to complete a survey you requested and initiated with an email that you sent, using the information you have on record. Seems a little shady.... negatively impacts trust and my confidence in you. 3. The initial contact made with your central scheduling center was unpleasant. The person who answered spoke too fast and I couldn’t make out what she was saying or asking. She made me feel dumb. I wish I had found the local number when I searched the web. I will advise my neighbors to call locally to avoid any interaction with your scheduling center.

Just a quick note of gratitude and much thanks to Kameron and Sean. I’m so grateful for Kameron’s tenacious resolve to find what was causing a terrible smell in my ... bedroom/bath. With no visible signs of a leak or backup in my house, Kameron climbed into the crawl space under my house and found that a “bubble” had formed within the vapor barrier under my hall bathroom – a leak. After I had the insulation (and a surprise dead possum in that same insulation) by the leak removed, Kameron returned to reassess the leak and determine next steps. It appeared to be the plange. He called Sean who arrived very quickly to help confirm that it was the plange. They immediately began the work to replace it. Together they diligently repaired all my plumbing issues. They let me watch them work and kindly answered all my questions and concerns. Not knowing what the problem was, who to call or what needed to be done was a tremendous stress. I’m so grateful for Kameron and Sean’s help and so appreciate all their time, attention to detail and care. I am very happy and relieved. Many, many thanks! Theresa
