We were having some issues with our pipes not draining into the septic tank. We called in the morning and someone was at our house by early afternoon. Jimmy was ... our technician. We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night and I called around to tons of places. Dave from Roto-Rooter was the first to respond and came within 20 ... minutes of calling us. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and finished within just about an hour. We would definitely call Roto-Rooter again with any plumbing issues!

We had a drain issue in our basement...from the time of our call to the time Jimmy showed up was just a few hours. He was very quick, thorough ... and knowledgeable in his job. My service man was Dave. From the time I called for service and his arrival was less than a hour. He was very professional and clean ... looking for a person who deals with sewage and drains. Dave explained what he was doing and after answered all my questions .Dave also told me about one of your products to keep my drain running smooth . Dave did not try to force the product . Just explained what it did, so I actually bought it, something I do not usually do . GREAT JOB DAVE

Jimmy was very polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through what he did and made recommendations to prevent the problem in the future. He cleaned up the work ... area after he was done and provided a Roto Rooter product that will help prevent the clogging that our pipes are susceptible to. Extremely competent and trained.

I had Jimmy from Davenport Iowa, He was extremely friendly. Probably one of the coolest guy I have ever had come work on my property. He literally treated me like ... someone that I would hang out with on the weekends. He was very positive that the job would get done and reassured me with any concern I had.
