As I am a small business owner, my natural inclination is to seek out other such for products and services, but in this case, I use the big name company. ... I understand that Roto Rooter franchises locally, and in Milwaukee, we are fortunate to have the best. They have restored the drain in my 130 year old Wauwatosa home numerous times, always with promptness, courtesy and the utmost skill. I have a large tree right next to my house and it always finds a way to significantly invade the drain. I should have Roto Rooter on speed dial, but I always end up waiting until it is the invasion is in full swing. I sent an email last night asking for service a few days from now because we are not currently living in the house. I got a call a little after 7:00 AM this morning saying I could have the first appointment at 8:00. Wow! It was little too early, but I took the 10:00 AM slot. The guys showed up on time, were super friendly, and cleared up two issues efficiently and effectively. Could not ask for more. You can tell everyone really cares. As I said - the best.

Tony was absolutely outstanding in every way on our emergency sewer backup call this morning. Arrived in less than an hour when other services said they couldn't help us until ... the next day. He worked hard and fast and was so personable, happy to answer my many questions. He explained how the home sewer system is constructed, how to monitor things for future problems and tips on cleaning up the horrible mess. Just a great experience and we will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter in the future!
