I had a washing machine drain backup and kitchen sink disposal backup all on the same floor. Kyle cleaned out the sink/ disposal line down to the basement level which ... he thought was the main problem, but he knew I was worried the washer might back up again. He determined that my washing machine drain pipe eventually connects to my kitchen sink drainage pipes and although he cleared the kitchen drainage clog he knew I was worried that the washing machine might back up again so he snaked out the drainage line of my washing machine as well. He was very professional and pleasant and I would use Roto Rooter again.
