Woke up to a backed up basement drain, yuk! I called you guys immediately. The service tech was here in a little over an hour. Raymond 1952 was Great! Had his footies on, went downstairs, located the clean out and went to work. I was clog free in an hour. My wife and I own a hair salon, rental property, and our home. We have used Roto Rooter at all places many, many times and have always had excellent experiences with all techs from water heaters, plumbing and drain cleaning. You guys are the best and we would not even consider calling anyone else. Thank you, Thank you again.

Plummer was the best person to have around! Very knowledgeable about his job! He found the problems and showed me on the screen what was wrong. He also showed me where in the yard the break was. Also he didnt have the smaller camera and came back the next day and didnt charge me for a second trip. Ill definatley use there services again!!

First guy arrived high on marijuana. Seriously. The smell was overwhelming and his eyes were glassy and red. I told him I knew he was high and he said he smoked cigarettes so I must be smelling that. Husband had to drive home from work and ask him to leave and send another guy. The second guy, Don was his name I believe was excellent, he had been here before and I was very happy with him then too. He is the reason I gave high marks here, had he not come in to save the day I would have given all poor marks. I will ask for Don next time and refuse to try another new guy. It was a terrible feeling to turn away a person for being unfit to work - much less climb on my roof as he wanted to do!!

Glen the tech explained the problem, and fixed it. My husband and I were very pleased with the service. I had called another company, but the man who answered the phone was rude, and hung up on me. There loss for when I called your company Susan was pleasant, helpful, and wanted to help us. I will always call your comapny if I need your service. I was so glad the other company hung up on me. They even tried to call back, I did not answer the phone. The other plus was that a man called to tell us the tech was on his wsy, and gave us a time frame. GREAT JOB TO YOUR COMPANY! MY WIFE & I CAME HOME AFTER HAVING A VERY FRUSTRATING DAY AT WORK.YOU SEE A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE CORPERATE BOUGHT OUR PREVIOUS OWNER OUT AND WE FOUND OUT THAT WE CAN NO LONGER WORK TOGETHER SO FAR ITS BEEN HELL FOR US BUT ANYWAY WE GET HOME ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT OUR MAIN DRAIN IN THE BASEMENT HAS BACKED UP., OUGH!!FRUSTRATION WAS REPLACED WITH ANGER IT SEEMS LIKE WERE GOING THROUGH HELL. Drain was cleared and is working great – very happy with the results. I was disappointed in the dirt left behind by the technician. In addition, each time we have used Roto Rooter, our technician has been very well groomed and put together - this time that was NOT the case. He did the work just fine, however I would not have him back in our home. I will ask for another person next time we use your services.

Service was excellent. Nathan, the tech that came out was super nice and very knowledgeable. The only complaint I had was they was suppost to be there between 8 and 10 and didnt show up till between 2 and 4.
