My wife's wedding ring slipped off her finger into the toilet last night and I had just flushed the toilet, so I figured it was gone. I called RotoRooter and they answered on the first ring and the next morning Robert Rodriguez came and using the camera found the ring about 20 feet down and with the skill of a master he maneuvered the ring to the cleanout and fished it out! After 55 years of marriage my wife is still crying tears of joy. The most professional and kindest plumber I have ever met. A truly fine gentleman and a credit to any Company.

I'm not quite satisfied. I don't think that the technician got the roots out of my drain line. He was here on Tuesday May 20, 2014. Had the septic pumped at 3:30 PM Thursday May 22, 2014. Opened the clean out to drain field first before opening septic tank and there was still standing water up to the top of clean out. When the tank was pumped the water in drain back filled into the septic tank. Now I'm a little suspicious. But I'll wait a couple days and give it a chance to work. If not I'll file a compliant to you people and others.
