Called them on Sunday morning at 8:00am. Dan was here within an hour. Crawled under house and found where the leak was.Explained the problem and the cost. Went back to his truck got what he needed to fix it and was done within 30 minutes. Was very pleased with his professionalism and service. Especially since it was on a Sunday morning.

At one O'clock Saturday afternoon, I snapped the main water supply line to my house. I contacted Roto-Rooter and Jason was dispatched. He arrived in about an hour, crawled under the house, accessed the repair, explained the cost and repaired the line. All told he was here about an hour and 1/2 but most of that was letting the glue dry. During that time we just talked like friends. He was very cordial. Then he helped me prime my well, which didn't go very smooth, but he refused to leave until we got it primed. This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter but it was very positive and will not be my last.

He fixed the toilet for the cost of coming out here to look at it. It was a simple fix and he gave an estimate on replacing our 2nd toilet. He didn't talk to me like I was dumb. He came out here about 45 minutes after I called to schedule someone. Very professional!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers April 19, 2011Toilet needed replacing after kids broke a hole in the bowl. Service Tech showed up on time, was very professional, courteous and fast. New toilet in, feels like he made a good choice of toilet for me. The price quote seemed fair (although it's sometimes hard to shop around). I would definiately use them again if there were other issues.

Barry was great. He took the time to explain things, but did not over do it. Even when things went wrong, we worked together to dry it up. He cleaned up after the flood and was very concerned about the mess created that was not his fault. He gave me tips on how to prevent this from reoccurring and answered all my plumbing question with professional knowledge, without making me feel stupid. He could have gone there and it would have been deserved. He was so patient and put up with my very loud and bad dogs. I am satisfied with the price, especially after seeing what was involved. The timing and response rate was perfect, and I only want Barry to help me if I need you guys in the future. He has restored my faith and opinion of what good service should be. I am taking a moment to express if you ever have a plumbing problem, please call this Roto-Rooter location. My problem started on July 31. (Labor Day Weekend) not only Dan Pinkerton himself (franchise owner) quickly responded to my sewage crisis, he quickly unblocked the line. He also went as far as to use a underground camera to see what the problem was. He called my sewage warranty company upon completion and explained it would be a temporary fix. Well here I am a week later no response from the warranty company and guess what? It was blocked worse than before. I made a early call this morning, (Saturday)Dan responded within the hour to help yet again with my crisis. I felt obligated to let others who may have a problem. Roto Rooter sent Joe out as technician to find a leak i was unable to find. It ended up being my hot water heater under my kitchen counter. It had been leaking for some time but because it was a slow leak it was not anything i could trace. He was prompt and got directly to finding out what the problem was. He explained in terms that i could understand why my water heater had been leaking and what would need to be done to replace it. Before going ant further he explained what the charges would be and if all went well how long it would take to make the repairs. I told him to go ahead with the job. He ended up putting a slightly larger one in than i had and when he completed it my counter top did not fit exactly right and he took the time at no extra charge to fix it even though it was my problem because i had opted for a bigger water heater.

My disappointment was when the service person tried to back down our driveway and he went off the concrete and tore up areas in the lawn. We will fix it when weather is permitting but just wish he would have made contact with us rather than just pulling away. Its pretty messy and we have our house on the market to sell....doesnt look so good right now.
