Then tech Josh #3964 took over the next day and he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. You have two excellent employees working for your company. I had dealt with another company that was not as helpful and knowledgeable and these two techs sure were helpful. It felt good to know I had finally found people who knew what they were doing and how to help me in my time of need. I felt the price was a little steep but I just told my self you get what you pay for.

Roto-Rooter Wonderful service!

Roto-Rooter I moved into an older, historic home a few months ago and thought that the slow tub drain was something I would have to live with. Over time, the drain got slower and slower until it seemed to stop and even showed signs of backflow. Brent (#3988) arrived on-time and immediately got to work. He was incredibly personable and immediately I felt like I could trust him and his work. After assessing my problem, he told me what he could do and was upfront with the estimate for the fix. He even made a few suggestions for other repairs I should begin to plan for, but did not pressure me into making them immediately. Brent went to work diligently and did not stop until he was satisfied with the job. When he showed me that my drain now flowed so quickly that the little vortex formed, I got giddy as a school kid. I couldnt believe my eyes that my cast iron tub now drained like a brand new tub. It totally made my day! I couldnt be happier with the service Brent and Roto-Rooter performed.
