We have been a customer of Roto-Rooter for quite some time and have used them for problems both inside and outside the home. We keep coming back because of the fast service we receive from their qualified technicians. This week it was the replacement of a 24 year old water heater. We have had several different technicians through the years but this time we requested a particular one, Louis, as he has helped us in the past. Louis is very knowledgeable of plumbing, his overall customer service is exceptional and he is professional at all times. We definitely will be back again when needed.

I was told the job wasnt completed until I was satisfied and I was. From extra care to make sure there wasnt a mess, clean up afterward, and the no hurry do it right and test it satisfaction, I knew the problem was gone and I even got a warranty that it would be gone. Awesome.

The appointment phone contact, Casey, was excellent. She listened, understood and got the details correct. Plumber John was amazing! It actually took two efforts to clean the drain and he did so with NO Complaints. He was patient, understanding and cleaned up the area when leaving. He also suggested the product to use for preventative maintenance. We have that and scheduled a reminder to ourselves to use the product.

My Technician, Will, did an amazing job. He was very professional and personable. He was able to clear out a large mass of roots that had grown into my houses drain and provided means to investigate the problem with a follow up visit from Roto-Rooter. While he was here, be was very conscious of keeping everything as clean as he can and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was also a joy to talk with and keep company with while he performed his job.
The only improvement I can suggest, when called to request service, I was told someone would be out within the hour, but the wait time was 2 hours and 15 minutes. This was not a huge deal with me, but the dispatchers/phone receivers may need to give a little more range in expected arrival time.

We called RotoRooter at 8am and Aaron (the serviceman) arrived around 10:30 am. Kitchen sink was stopped up and he advised us what caused the problem and what he could do to correct. He was very thorough, efficient and professional.

Our service tech was very knowledgable and friendly. I had a back-up in my stationary tubs from the kitchen. Knowing that the clog was under the basement floor, I expected the job to take quite a while. The tech was done in about 15 minutes. Excellent job!!!

Jason Hensley was very good tech. He is the best we have ever had come out to our location. We called on 4-22-13 and was told we would see someone with in two hours around noon but no one showed all day. Jason came out the next morning as was told he would the first of the next day 4-23-13 and did what we wanted. He went the extra mile. Would want to use him everytime we had a call out.

A 2nd service man had to come to find a leak which was thought to be a broken pipe but was not. there is ceiling damage in basement gameroom and we are waiting for ceiling to be repaired. Steve who determined that it was a leak, not a damaged pipe was totally awesome.

Your field supervisor Tim Bussell followed up on our call on Chriatmas Eve morning - the city had turne doff our water due to leak on on property - and we were desparate. He understood our urgency placed all the right calls and twisted the right arms - to get our prpoerty surveryed for utilities and got an excavation crew to come fix our leak the work for which didnt finish until after dark Christmas Eve - we feel very blessed to have been helped by Mr. Bussell and the work crew of Mark Howard and Jason. I was given a 3 hour window and they called back withing 10 minutes to say the tech would be there within 30 minutes, very satisfied. The tech, Jason Hensley #1795, arrived quickly, friendly and anxious to perform service. He informed me of each step, worked diligently to complete and cleaned the entire area very well. The tech was well educated and made me feel comfortable about his ability. He offered a suggestion for my landlord to pursue for future maintenance and offered a coupon although I obtained one off the internet. Very satisfied.

I love that there is no extra charge for what other companies would call after hours. My service technician arrived after midnight and didnt leave until after 2 AM, still gave me excellent service, and no extra charge!

The technician arrived later than was initially scheduled but they kept me informed via phone updates. When he did arrive, he was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he did it. He cleared the clog and then even fixed a leak under my sink before cleaning up after himself.

The first tech that came out was unable to loosen the clog and had to wait a few hours for the next tech. They didnt call and tell me when he was coming but he was able to loosen the clog with no problems. Not sure of the issues with the first tech but I was not impressed

I am glad rotorooter fixed my problem of having the basement drain backing up. however, my experience had a few setbacks. when i opened the door for the technician, he greeted me with ok, what did you do this time? he might have found it funny but it was a little insulting. after talking for a bit we found out that he had mismatched the notes for my service call with someone else -- he thought i had tried to snake out a drain and made it worse, while i didnt try anything, i just called rotorooter. also, during the visit he kept asking about other parts of my house, toilets, sinks, etc, and it seemed like he was trying to get me to admit more problems so he could charge me more money. also, he saw i had litterboxes in the basement for our 2 indoor cats, but propped the back door open to bring in his drain snake without even letting me know he was going to do it or making sure i had my cats locked in a bedroom. i walked out to the kitchen and found the door propped open and the cats attempting to escape. all in all, the technician did unclog my drain, but it wasnt the best customer service ive ever experienced.

I had to have two technicians come out to my house. The first one told me he did not have the right equipment. The second technician had no problem unclogging the pipe. He was very friendly and if I need to call Roto-Rooter in the future, I would like to request him again.

I was scheduled for service 1pm-3pm and the service person showed up approximately 4pm. Luckily, I did not still have water running everywhere or I would be very angry. However, maybe they knew that and thats why I got pushed back for someone else emergency which is fine. Also, the lady did call me around 1:30-2:00 to let me know he would be running late. Long day waiting for repair man but job complete satisfactorily and I will use company again. Thank you.
