Johnny saved my day! Was here w/i the hour, solved the back-up issue, reworked my under-counter pipes and cleaned up the water mess. Wonderful, skilled service; very reassuring presence and ... a nice person! Josh set up a floor-drying and restoration plan, explaining details thoroughly and talking to my insurance company. He also stayed in touch through the day, and as late as 10 pm. Great, professional service; great personal skills! Cayce and Rich worked inside and under my house until at least 10:15 pm in blistering heat. They were thorough, professional and both very knowledgeable and personable. How they did that for so many hours without a dinner break is a wonder - but they stayed until I was set-up and secured for the night. All four of these men are skilled, professional, willing to go-the-extra-mile, and genuinely nice people. They are a credit to your company!

He said that the leak was in front of the toilet connected to the hot water tee. He was absolutely correct. I found the split pipe where he ... said it was. I repaired it and my house has hot and cold water again. Great job, Roto-Rooter.

He checked out the problem, walked me through everything that he would be doing in an effort to solve the problem and answered all my questions before he even began the work.
