A great job of cleaning out my parents 70 feet long driveway drain on June 6th, 2016. Doug Campbell of Lexington,VA rotor rooter franchise and his technician Dave K. ... are the best. Especially with all the rains that hit last week, my parents who are in their 90's had no water into their garage & basement since rotor rooter cleaning done on June 6. I was visiting my parents when the storm of June 4th flooded the garage&basement as the drain was not working. I did an online appt on June 5th, took the earliest slot on Monday June 6th and got a call that morning @ 7am. They were over at 8:30am, Dave K. the tech did what he could do with the initial snake & recommended the power wash. I was in a dilemna as I need to get back to my home in northeast Ohio and they were back at 5pm and got the 70ft long piple totally cleaned out. Very professional and spelled out the issues as it was. No overselling of services but realistic as to what was needed to be done. These past 2 weeks with all the heavier rains in the Shenadoah Valley than June 4th had, the 3 inch diamater pipe going 70 ft long did its job. Fast and reliable service. Was able to have someone come out without 24 hrs of calling (couldn't do same day because I was at work, not because of Roto-Rooter). ... Eddie the operator/technician who has pumped my tank the last 2 times. He is so friendly and professional. He is knowledgeable and makes sure everything working properly before he leaves. My kitchen drain problem was resolved , but in the process this caused leaks in other places. Roto Rooter acknowledged their part of the responsibility and stepped up to the ... plate and made it right. A master plumber was sent, and the problems were corrected. I am happy with the service they provided and would recommend them.

We had a really bad clog in one of our bathrooms. Josh came out and fixed it quickly. He is very nice and personable. I definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Josh!

Great experience from the moment I placed the call on a Friday morning. Customer Service person was extremely helpful in scheduling emergency septic service and providing Health Department contact ... info, enabling me to get detailed property drawings of the clean-out and tank locations. Service was expected on Saturday or Monday. Surprisingly, they called late Friday afternoon and said they were on their way! Eddie arrived a few minutes later and went straight to work. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. He even filled in the soil and replaced the clumps of grass that had been displaced. Eddie set me up on a three-year service cycle for which they will send me a reminder and coupon a couple of weeks before. Overall, an impressively smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Staunton Roto-Rooter for any standard or emergency septic service needs. I am a customer for life. Many thanks!

Away went my troubles down the drain! Excellent service, prompt service, knowledgeable, clean, and just overall excellent experience. I had a slow draining kitchen sink and called Roto-Rooter, ... which was recommended by a family member that had used them a couple months prior, and all of my troubles/worries flowed swiftly down my drain. David Perry was very tentative to our needs and was an excellent representative for Roto-Rooter! I would highly recommend them/him for cleaning out your drains.
