I called first thing on Saturday morning. The friendly woman who answered said "We have someone who can come right now". (Really, on a Saturday? - too good ... to be true). So we prepared to wait, and within about 15 minutes someone was at the door. In less than half an hour from the time of my call the problem was solved, the reasonable bill presented, the Roto Rooter man (Vinny) gone. I am greatly pleased and genuinely impressed.

I did a previous review and it was not very favorable. I want to rescind that. They have been wonderful. They came back again the next day and through further ... checking found that the damage was done by ATT when laying their fiber optic cable. So it’s the city of Lubbock’s side that has to be repaired! I’ve always used Roto Rooter and will continue in the future. Larry and Josh were so helpful. Under the circumstances they did an excellent job in confirming the problem. The City of Lubbock not so sure as they have said may be Friday before they can fix it. Maybe they need to let Roto Rooter teach them a class on caring for customers.

I'm new to the Lubbock, Texas area. Wow! I feel like an I falsely judged. I was scared to go with a big company in a short notice of time. ... I called spoke with Jessica she sent her guys out fast and they responded with no issue. I haven't slept in days and was stressed out when I met the guys all discombobulated due to the holidays coming and living with a family where your main focus everyday is there happiness. Roto-Rooter they went straight to work under 15 minutes were done an right before the holidays. You guys saved us from mental stress and family ruin for the holidays due to no running water.
