The Crew that come out to replace the sewer line from my house to the street with this resin liner did a first rate job. Sal Martinez who was ... the foreman on the job was very easy to work with and is a man who keeps his word. He said he would be here at 8:30 to start the job and he was right on the button. His crew that worked with him all day were also very nice men and easy to work with. I was very impressed with their proficiency in performing the work and the terrific job they did with the clean up. You should give Sal Martinez and his crew a 20% increase. They are a real credit to Roto-Rooter. Tell Sal and his crew from my wife and I thanks again for a great job and their always welcome to stop by for coffee and donuts.

I just wanted to thank you for the person that fixed my problem, his name is Saun, such a very nice young man. He did install my tankless water heater ... but then I had problems that I didn't know what to do, it gave me cold water in the shower but he fixed it by turning the temperature down to a lower degree which fixed the problem. Bob Griffin was our plumber that showed up to fix our problem. As it turned out, with a few adjustments and some advice from Mr. Griffin, the problem was ... solved quickly. His professional demeanor and willingness to share suggestions to avoid further issues was greatly appreciated. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again and will ask for Mr. Griffin if I have a choice of plumbers. My call was handled and action taken within a one hour window which was outstanding. On time Knowledgable Quick Professional

The Tech was prompt, got right to the drain cleaning problem. He was not able to clear the drain from one access point so he worked from a different one ... and was finally able to get the bladed tool through the entire length of pipe. Will it solve the problem? At least for awhile.

Our plumber, Chris, was awesome! He arrived within 30 minutes of us calling to fix a leaking pipe. He was very professional and polite. He found the leak quickly and ... made the repair in no time with a full explanation of everything he was doing. He was then extremely diligent in cleaning up.

All the service guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Best of all, they cleaned up after they completed their work! :-)
