Exceptionally careful and skilled in use of the backhoe. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I was also impressed that the work was scheduled so quickly - other companies I contacted would have taken 3-4 weeks to get to it. I will certainly use Roto-Rooter again if needed.

After I called for service, Roto-Rooter's Tech was at my home within an hour and he got right to the problem, fixed it, and cleaned-up after himself and was out ... within an hour. The Tech was well-manered. I had a $50.00 coupon I found in a valu-pkg that came in the mail and the Tech honored that, that was very helpful!

I called Roto-Rooter to solve the problem of a nasty clog in my kitchen sink drain. They sent out Matt G. 371 to fix the issue and he was not ... only very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the drain unclogged, he was friendly and most helpful in explaining how to keep the drain flowing in the future. I have had Roto-Rooter in my home on several occasions for plumbing problems and they have always done the jobs well. I highly recommend them.
