Normally I do not do surveys. These days most of the services provided are just adequate; enough so that the customer doesn't complain. Few and far between are the instances ... where people go above and beyond. Today's experience was the latter.

The gentleman Bryon F was absolutely amazing!!!! Our sewer backed up and he worked so hard at getting it unclogged!! He definitely went above and beyond!!! He stayed until he ... got it open!!! He was here till 3:30 AM!!!!! I can’t thank him enough!!! Roto-Rooter he is an asset to your company!!!

I'd like to recognize your service Technician Reggie Taylor #5212. He was with another gentleman although his name escapes me. They were so pleasant and professional in fixing ... our clog. I asked if he wouldn't mind explaining to my 2 small kids why what they did was wrong (clogged the toilet) and without hesitation he agreed. He spent almost 10 minutes talking with my kids, and on their level too on why we need to take care of toilets and drains. My kids were engaged with what he was saying, a feat unto itself :) He didn't have to do it and that would have been fine, but he did, and it was at the end of the day and I'm sure he was exhausted. You don't see that kind of service and patience much anymore. It was greatly appreciated!

I had an emergency call last Sunday 8/27 around 6:30pm because water wasn't draining and backing up in my downstairs bathroom. A lady answered and I wish I could remember ... her name because 1 she answered right away and I was surprised A real person answered so good job on that guy's and 2 she was extremely nice and helpful. A Technician named Sean came out and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He was super friendly and polite. I'm overall really impressed with my experience
