Eddie came over to our house to save a small stray kitten that was stuck in our rain gutter drain pipe. By using the camera snake we were able to ... see where it was. We got it turned around in the pipe, and gently pushed it out of the pipe under the deck. He saved the kitten's life. So we had him also check our front yard sewer pipe, since he was already there. Very cool!

The technician that serviced my clean out request arrived on time & did an excellent job clearing the line for me. He also explained the possible causes for the clog ... and recommendations to help avoid, as much as is possible with cast iron pipes, things that cause backups & clogging of pipes. He also followed all COVID-19 by wearing a mask, gloves, etc which shows me that the company is concerned for his well being as well as their customers!
