Nick and Zack came out and busted their tails for over 6 hours to get our floor drain and bathtub drain fixed. It was to the point that I ... was ready to have them quit and call the city, but they kept on it. Repeatedly feeding 300 ft of jet hose into and out of my sewer, from the vent stack on the roof of my house (couldn't get the basement clean out open short of jackhammering it) they never gave up even though the air temp was in the high 90s and the heat index well over 100, and up on that black shingle roof it had to be WAY hotter. But they did it. They got my drains flowing like a champ. I honestly can't say enough good about them and their boss Jason who showed up a few times to see how it's going and brainstorm. They treated me, my wife, my daughter, even my dog with professionalism and courtesy. Would HIGHLY recommend this group for any plumbing problem. Thanks a million guys, for everything.

I called to have the line jetted. The service rep got to the house, determined what was really wrong, called me to explain. He was able to get both of ... the clogs freed up and saved me money by correctly determining the issue. He comes out to that property about once a year. I’ve always been happy with the results. One Friday I needed drain unclogged but could not be home. I tried to find a plumber to fix it on Saturday but they did not work on Saturday ... or it was going to be hundreds of dollars. After seeing ad in phone book, I called Roto-Rooter. Saturday was not a problem & no upcharge for it. Roto-Rooter arrived on time on Saturday & got drain unclogged in a few minutes. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call again.

Matt was our Roto-Rooter plumber this time and he did a great job! The main cast iron stack was old and had been leaking in a couple of places in ... the basement bathroom space before we realized it! Matt did a thorough assessment and he and another R-R plumber cut and replaced a very large section of the old pipe. The whole job was well explained to us and was taken care of quickly and neatly. We are very pleased! Thanks so much!!!

I have been struggling with my bathroom sink for years with a drip . I had a reputable company over about two years ago and they said the sink was ... very old and would not be able to find parts. I decide to try again with roto rooter ,on Jan.10 2024 a plumbing tech came to asses .he also said the unit was old but would try to find parts, well he spent about 15 minutes in his van and came back in and had found the parts needed and could be delivered within a few days .Alex the plumber came the next week and within a few hours I had all new parts in my sink , INCREDABLE ! Alex did great work with a sink over 70 years old , and looks almost new .I can not thank Alex enough .

Prompt scheduling, Friendly staff, very professional. Alex replaced our toilet, and he was all of the above! We will recommend you to friends.

Did great job on cleaning out drain to sewer drain, however, did forget to cleanup bathtub dirt from shoes and unplug power cord they used which is sitting on top ... of ladder which needs to put away. Handle on plunger also needs cleaned as it has from hands on it. Washer and dryer did get some water on it from power washing floor which should have been wiped down. Was supposed to come back to finish clean up, hopefully Monday?

Roto Rooter was amazing in getting our problem solved. We could not believe the steps involved to get service back up and running. Randy, Owen, Matt, and Eric ... worked the entire week to break up concrete, dig a trench, replace pipe, clean as they went, pour concrete and more. Never once did I hear these guys complain and ownership of their work was all about a quality job. We were impressed on the management with their praise of their people as well. These guys do not have a fun job and not too many would even consider doing this type of work anymore. Thanks to Roto Rooter, Randy, Owen, Matt, and Eric we are back up and running! Mike and John

Mickey was great, came out and immediately diagnosed and fixed the break in the water line that was wreaking havoc on my home. Very professional, friendly and prompt. Then he ... came back to replace a toilet, even picking it up at Menards for me. Josh just came out to help insure there is no mold growth from all of the water spewing everywhere. Very happy with both of them, and would recommend to anyone.

Joey came on a Sunday to fix an emergency I had. I had frozen pipes and water was pouring into the basement. His manager said not to charge ... me, I just needed the water shut off. Joey was very nice and friendly and took care of the problem quickly. I would highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues.

Mickey, Joe and Roberto did an awesome job taking care of my sewer drain problem from beginning to end. I had to have the clay pipe replaced and their expertise ... in the whole excavation process from start to finish was A plus. Very reasonable pricing and quick to take care of things. Once I explained my situation and he explained what action he would be taking. I asked for a quote and he provided with one, which I accepted. I was amazed at how quickly he resolved my problem. He explained what he did and in his confidence that our problem was solved. Needless to say this was definitely reassuring. After he left, I inspected the area where he was working and to my amazement it clean and clear of any debris and/or waste. All in all, this gentleman (and he was) knows his job and without a doubt is an asset to this company. Roto-Router, Chatham, Illinois should be proud to have an employee like this and I'm sure they are. One last thing, I noticed a star on his cap and ask if it had any meaning.
