Outstanding service ! I called about two stopped up drains and also to clear out the sewerage line that runs out to the street. You had a technician ... out there in 2 hours ! Amazing ! He cleaned out the sewer line and then the other technician arrived and took care of the 2 drain problems. This was all done right after I called you. I was really impressed with the speed and quality of the work.

Great experience on clearing an exterior drain system which was clogged with roots. Job was done quickly and expertly. The water is flowing again!

Outstanding service. I called with with a drainage/plumbing problem and you had a technician/plumber at my house 2 hours later. He took care of the drainage problem. He ... then found another problem under my sink and also an additional problem by the washer. He summoned an additional technician/plumber and he arrived and resolved the problems for me. I wasn't at the house at any point in the day. They kept me in phone contact all day and gave me updates on their progress. They resolved all of the problems for me. The second technician/plumber stayed at the house until the work was completed, even though it was way past quitting time. Great job !

A gentleman my the name of Trevor came to my house as I had a backup and needed to have my problem resolved. I wanted to have Trevor clean ... it out and let me know what the problem was that caused this and to give me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone like Trevor. He is definitely an asset to your company or any company. He was so very nice and explained everything to me. I am a grandma and plumbing is just not my thing. He was great. He would tell me what he was doing and why and made it clear for me. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Trevor. Give that man a raise.

First of all, I did not know who to call for a sewage back-up we were experiencing. I googled for help online, and your web site came up. Your web ... page was quite impressive and convincing. I called immediately and was greeted with a cordial conversation with a representative of your company. i was given an appointment with a four hour window from 4:00 Pm to 8:00 PM for the next day! How cool was that! I received a call from Roto-Rooter Monday within the window to let me know that "Josh" was on his way. When Josh arrived, i could not believe how polite and respectful he was! He looked over the situation and commenced to explain the problem to me and how he would remedy the problem. He immediately got to work. I stayed to watch him work. I was amazed at how thorough he was. He truly is experienced in the field and represented Roto-Rooter well. I mentioned how impressed I was that he was so respectful accommodating, even though it was late in the day, and that he was probably tired from a long day's work. He said that he was happy to assist me and that his only concern was to make sure that the customer (me) was satisfied and that my sewage line got fixed. The time of day was not a factor. Josh was pleasurable and easy to talk to (I asked lots of questions, yet his patience never wore thin). Upon completing the job, he walked me through everything he did to ensure that I was satisfied with his performance. After putting his equipment away, he cleaned up every bit of the mess my sewage line left on the front lawn. How remarkable! There wasn't a sign that anything had spilled over in the sewage line! Josh is a phenomenal worker! i was thoroughly pleased with his work, as he worked with diligence and care to make sure that the problem was resolved. He certainly represents Roto-Rooter well. I will not hesitate to keep my business with your company from now on, regardless of the problem. Thanks for helping me so promptly and efficiently. Your company's reputation speaks for itself.

Our initial call was in the late evening of March 2, 2019. We were told we had at March 3 10AM appointment. When we were not contacted by ... 10am the next morning we called you again. We found that our previous call was not even recorded. The new person made a proper appointment and confirmed by email. We had to wait another 24 hours before we could get any help. Once the technician arrived on Monday (~11:10am) the problem was dealt with in a timely fashion. Suggestion: whomever answered our call originally on March 2 ( a male) needs to be trained properly before unleashing him on the public.

Sean Flannigan was the plumber that you sent to my house upon request. Sean was the nicest, most respectful and professional young man I have had the privilege of ... dealing with in a long time. He gave me options on the repair of my water main line and left the decision to me. I told Sean I wanted him (Roto-Rooter) to effect my repairs. He gave me a quote for the work and ultimately came in under budget-- he worked very hard. Sean also performed a stellar clean up of the involved area when done. This was an unexpected great experience for me. Sean is to be commended--you are fortunate to have him.... Another very good experience with Roto-Rooter for me....
