Water was not draining from bathroom facilities. The mechanic was able to clean out the main drain with the rooter device and water drained again. He was very ... nice and easy to talk to. It was a dirty job because he had to go under the building crawl space, but he knew exactly what had to be done and did not complain. He was a champion!

Thanksgiving afternoon sewer backing up in my basement bathtub. Friday morning around 8:15 am I called Rotor Rooter and the person showed up after 9 am. He worked on my ... sewer for 45 minutes or more. Took out so much tree roots. Did a fantastic job. What a relieve!!!! Thank you
